  Dr. Brouillet was clearly listening, attending to my concerns & questions. His examination of my shoulder mobility & tender areas was done carefully. He then reviewed the MRI disc & report & when he came back in was able to give me mostly good news. Even though there is considerable arthritis My mobility is functionally good. He demonstrated 3 excercises I can do to improve the areas that are tight & restricted. He reviewed what OTC items & home treatments which I can utilize. He mentioned further possible treatments were they to be needed. The care, respect & professional treatment was outstanding! I felt thoroughly satisfied & even inspired by the high quality of care!

  Dr. Brouillet always provides the needed time with his patients. That is why the long wait to see him is worth it. I didn't need to be informed of the longer wait for I understand how Dr. Brouillet is concerned with exceptional patient care.

  I was treated with respect in a kind and professional manner. I was offered an apology for the delay. Received a thorough explanation of my condition. My questions were answered and Dr. Brouillet was gentle when giving me a cortisone injection. Hes a wonderful doctor!!

  Dr. Brouillet is absolutely wonderful. He has such a calm and pleasant demeanor and he has a wonderful bedside manner. He really takes the time to listen to his patients. He is never arrogant or condescending. That is such a great quality when his patients are teenagers/young adults. My daughter really felt like he listened to her and heard her.

  Everything concerning my visit from calling to schedule my appointment to the parking availability, the appearance of the facility, to the professionalism and kindness of everyone I came in contact with upon my arrival. Dr. Brouillet listened intently to all of my concerns and questions then gave me thorough answers in terms that made sense to me. He didn't rush me in and out of the examination room but gave me as much time as I needed.

  The check-in process with the self-serve kiosk was surprising at first, but worked pretty well. I didn't have to wait long and overall, the staff were friendly. Dr. Brouillet was professional and personable. He listened well, and was patient (I didn't feel rushed) and gave me good information based on the tests performed thus far. I'm hopeful that we can come up with a plan at my follow-up appointment to address the pain I've been experiencing. As with most healthcare establishments, I would feel better with more transparency regarding the prices of the appointments and procedures that are done.
