The Centers is excited to announce a new partnership with Binary Fountain, which will combine social media, survey responses and web commentary to create a single, integrated patient experience platform. The instant patient feedback will provide valuable data and establish best practices throughout the organization for delivering a first-class patient experience across all divisions. Once the program is launched, patients will have the opportunity to fill out a brief, in-office survey on an iPad following their appointment. 

Later this month, our pilot group will introduce the program to their patients, and we expect all divisions to implement Binary Fountain by late spring. The pilot group includes Chesapeake Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine, Mid-Maryland Musculoskeletal Institute, Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland, The Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Center, Orthopaedic Medicine and Surgery, and Potomac Valley Orthopaedic Associates.
