As The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics focuses more on the patient experience, we know that our success depends on your workplace enthusiasm and dedication.  We want to know what’s on your mind! What are our strengths and limitations from an internal customer point of view?  We’ve asked our customer experience consultants, SullivanLuallin Group (SLG), to implement an electronic “insider” engagement survey and we need your help.

In the next few weeks you’ll receive an email inviting you to give SLG your feedback on a variety of topics including patient satisfaction, working conditions, communication, manager effectiveness, and other issues.

Your anonymous responses will go directly to SLG and only be reported in the aggregate (as a group). Your input is vital in shaping the patient experience training content.  We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
