Wow! We made great strides with The Centers’ Compliance Manager email project. I am thrilled to announce we had a 100% response rate from all divisions and that 87% of employee emails were received. This is no easy task, and I would like to thank you for your support and participation in this important initiative.
Over the past few months, there have been many compliance related requests sent to each division for attestation signatures, training completions, corrective actions to complete, items to order, items to remove and more. I understand that this can seem over whelming, but the laws and regulations of Healthcare are ever changing.
As a regional healthcare leader, it’s imperative that we, The Centers, keep pace and make these necessary changes for ourselves and our patients. At times, the deadlines can seem unattainable, but with your continued support and positive attitude, we will be able to succeed as an organization with the added value of Compliance Manager, which will play a key role for these initiatives and others.
