The Hotline: What You Need to Know

The Hotline is a resource for all CAO employees to use in order to confidentially report any suspected law violations without fear of retribution.  CAO physicians, managers, and staff should feel empowered to share any knowledge or concern that an applicable law, regulation, or CAO policy has been violated at any time through the Hotline. As such, The Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Reports may be submitted in one of three ways:

  • Over phone by calling 844-620-0009 (English) or 800-216-1288 (Spanish)
  • Through fax at 215-689-3885 (Note: The company name must be included with the report)
  • Via email to reports@lighthouse-services.com (Note: The company name must be included with the report)
