Internal Referral Tools

The following two internal referral tools have been made available for physicians to access in their Dashboard on CAO Central.

Physical Therapy Scripts

If your patient requires physical therapy services your care center cannot provide, refer them to a CAO Physical Therapy Center by fulfilling and printing the PT Script, located in the Dashboard.

  1. Go to intranet.cfaortho.com 
  2. Select “PT Scripts” from your dashboard
  3. Open “General Physical Therapy Script”
  4. Select your Care Center from drop down menu
  5. Fulfil script according to patient needs and referring location
  6. Print for patient

Physician Referrals

Have a peer who would be a great addition to CAO?  Introduce and refer them to CAO by using the new Physician Referral tool, located in the Dashboard.

  1. Go to intranet.cfaortho.com 
  2. Select “Physician Referrals” from your dashboard
  3. Click “Open New” button
  4. Fulfil referral form and submit for review
