It’s Open Enrollment Time!

It is time to select your CAO sponsored benefits for 2020. Open Enrollment dates are November 20 2019 through December 2 2019. Log in to your Employee Self Service portal in iSolved and click on the Open Enrollment link to get started.  The system will then walk you through your benefits options for 2020. 

If you want to keep the same benefits you currently have, then you are all set, no need to do anything as we will carry those over for you.  The one exception to this is Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), as IRS regulations require you to actively elect that benefit every year.

Have you heard the great news regarding the Aetna health plans? Employee Contributions Across CAO Will Not Increase in 2020! CAO was able to achieve savings and pass them on to you next year thanks in part to your responsible use of the health plan, along with some key consumer-driven plan design changes for the Pharmacy benefit in 2020. This is news to celebrate!
