An Evolution in CAO Employee Digital Resources – Paycom is Here!
2020 has proven time and time again that the one constant in life is change. Both in the world around us and within CAO we’ve seen a lot of new things this year. At CAO there are now five care centers using our new EHR, with more to come before the end of the year and the rest transitioning in 2021.
We are also excited to have transitioned to a new system across CAO earlier this month: Paycom, CAO’s new payroll and Human Resources tool. The switch to Paycom better aligns with our company culture of investing in our people, which includes providing our valued team members with the best technology and resources. This was a decision made with you in mind. We hope that you find Paycom offering more functionality, and ease of use.
The hub of Paycom is the Employee Self-Service tool, available on your desktop and through the Paycom mobile app. This is your go-to spot for:
- Time and attendance
- Benefits
- Requesting time off
- Providing feedback and setting goals
- Asking HR related questions, and much more.
You can also view pay stubs, tax information, vacation accruals and such from anywhere, at any time, all without having to contact your supervisor or Human Resources personnel.
