Interpreter Training - CAO currently has several qualified interpreters. If you are interested in getting this recognition, contact your Administrator. This assessment can be performed in person or on line through LanguageLine Academy. As a reminder, CAO only approves qualified interpreters to interpret for patient care.
- The 2020 CAO Compliance Manual is Here – This is a reminder to review and attest to receipt of CAO’s updated compliance manual in Healthicity. If you have already completed your attestation, thank you! You can view the Compliance Manual on CAO Central here.
- The deadline for 2020 Compliance Training is Quickly Approaching – 2020 Compliance training is due through Healthicity by September 30th. If you have not completed your training, here is a quick reminder of how to access once logged into your Compliance Manager workspace:

- Q: I see that I am a Limited User, what does that mean?
- A: A Limited User can log into Compliance Manager to view their task list, report an incident, access training, documents, read bulletins and view and create to-do lists.
- Q: I have been notified that I have a task to do, where do I find it?
- A: Access all tasks by clicking on "Go To My Tasks" at the bottom of your task list within your workspace or select "My Tasks" within your profile menu
- Q: What is this icon at the bottom right side of my Compliance Manager dashboard?
- A: This icon will take you to the Compliance Manager help center. Click on the button for the help menu to appear.
