ABOUT DR. HOFFLER

Dr. Hayden Hoffler is a board qualified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders. His specialties include:

Dr. Hoffler believes that education, empathy, compassion, and respect are characteristics that help to build a well-rounded practice. He takes a multidisciplinary approach to a wide range of problems, including forefoot/rearfoot deformity correction, minimally invasive surgery, tendon/ligament repair, and lower extremity trauma.

A native of Charlotte, NC, Dr. Hoffler received his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, and his doctor of podiatric medicine (DPM) degree from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Hoffler completed his surgical residency at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he served as chief resident. Dr. Hoffler completed his fellowship in foot and ankle trauma and reconstruction in Atlanta, Georgia with Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest health systems in the country.

Dr. Hoffler is actively involved in research, authoring several peer-reviewed journal articles and co-authoring multiple textbook chapters. His most recent textbook chapter was on Tibialis Anterior Tendon Injuries in the textbook Tendon and Ligament Injuries in the Foot and Ankle. He also lectures at national and local meetings and is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
