About Dr. Bradley Gelfand

Dr. Gelfand specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of spinal conditions — including degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, and spinal trauma. He is known for his thoughtful, individualized approach to care, taking the time to understand each patient’s condition, concerns, and goals before recommending treatment.

After earning his medical degree and completing a rigorous orthopaedic surgery residency, Dr. Gelfand went on to complete an advanced spine surgery fellowship, where he trained under world-renowned leaders in spine care. His training emphasized both minimally invasive and complex reconstructive spine procedures, enabling him to offer both conservative and surgical solutions tailored to each patient’s needs.
