Brian Long, PA-C

Brian Long PA-C Physician Assistant

Biography

We are eager to welcome Brian Long to the MOS team, though in many ways, he never really left.

A Maryland native who grew up in Darnestown, Brian began his medical journey studying kinesiology at the University of Maryland before earning his master's degree in physician assistant studies from St. Francis University. But his connection to this practice runs deeper than his credentials suggest: years ago, before pursuing his PA training, Brian worked at MOS as a medical scribe.

That experience left a lasting impression. Watching the team of PAs care for patients with skill and sincerity, Brian saw firsthand what attentive, empathetic care actually looks like in practice, not in theory. His decision to become a PA was driven by a simple standard: he wanted to deliver the kind of care he would want for his own family. When it came time to choose where to build his career, returning to MOS was the natural answer. In his words, the standard of care and provider expertise here is "second to none."

In his new role, Brian is committed to continuing that legacy, making sure every patient feels heard, understood, and cared for with both professionalism and genuine warmth.
