Biography

Andrew Cumiskey, M.D., is an orthopaedic surgeon at the Bay Orthopedic Associates division in Elkton and Chestertown, Maryland.  He is a 12 year veteran of the United States Navy having served as both a Flight Surgeon in the Naval Aviation community and an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Bethesda, M.D. and Beaufort, S.C.  Dr. Cumiskey offers a unique combination of military experience and formal training, particularly in the fields of arthroscopy and sports medicine. With more than 22 years of experience, Dr. Cumiskey is committed to working with his patients and providing them with a full understanding of their diagnosis and treatment options.
