Biography

Michael DeMarco, D.O., is a physiatrist with more than 15 years of experience diagnosing and treating neck and low back pain, generalized joint pain, and numbness, tingling, or weakness in the extremities. Dr. DeMarco earned his medical degree from the School of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his internship and residency at the prestigious Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and while serving in the U.S. Army, he was recognized for excellence in the education of medical students and residents. He is active in several medical societies and has authored articles about combat casualty care and a book chapter on the care of peripheral nerve trauma. Dr. DeMarco has been honored with the prestigious “Top Docs” recognition by Baltimore Magazine in 2016.
